Before You Install
Installation details can vary by vehicle, film finish, and kit. Read the instructions included with your product before starting; those instructions determine the application method, cure time, and when it is safe to wash the vehicle.
- Confirm the product and fitment match your vehicle's model year and trim.
- Check the film and the headlight surface before removing any backing liner.
- Use only the tools and application solution specified in the kit instructions.
- Do not begin if the lens is cracked, peeling, or otherwise damaged.
General Installation Overview
- Prepare the work area and clean the lens as directed in the product instructions.
- Dry-fit and align the pre-cut film before exposing the adhesive.
- Apply the film using the method described for that specific kit.
- Work the film into position and finish the edges as directed by the included instructions.
- Follow the kit's cure and aftercare guidance before driving, cleaning, or washing the vehicle.
